I have heard some great reviews about this product and thought I might share this one with you! My daughter tore my basketball pole down using the Hit-A-Way. This pole is portable and much more durable than the basketball pole. My daughter is 12 and hits about everyday. She can set it up by herself and can tear it down. The wheels make it easy for her to move it around.
The 2008 Olympic Games are about to start. The question I keep hearing is, should we boycott the games or not? I do agree that China is a communist country and treats their own people and Tibet’s people very badly. Is this a reason to hold it against the athletes? I don’t think so. We made a bad decision not to compete in the Soviet Union. The best thing everyone can do is assemble the best athletes in every country and go over there and kick the living crap out of them. Let’s for once, let our athletes have the glory and not the politicians. The funniest thing would be if Tibet could go and win more medals than China, that would be the most embarrassing thing to China. So I say, world, excluding Iran, North Korea, go and kick the crap out of them.
The Kansas Jayhawks and the Memphis Tigers squared off tonight in the NCAA Championship game tonight. This was the first time all #1 seeds made it to the final four. With the Jayhawks up by 5 at halftime they came out flat. I don’t even know how Memphis was in the game. The Jayhawks were out rebounding and shooting the Tigers. Memphis was shooting 39% in the first half but still made it a ball game. Derrick Rose of Memphis starting to take the game into his own hands the second half and had 18 points in the game. The Tigers went on 14 to 2 run with 2 minutes left in the game, but everyone knows how great the are making their free throws, shooting no better than 60% on the season. Memphis had this game won, in the books, but could not make the all important free throws, for crying out loud, they are free buckets, make at least half of them. But up by 9 with 2 minutes to go, they choked. Rose made 1 out of 2 and #14 Douglas-Roberts an all american misses 2 which lost the game for the Tigers. Ok, the Jayhawks did beat them in overtime but it should not of went there. Credit to the Hawks, and Chalmers 3 pointer that tied the game in regulation which got him the MVP, and Bill Self which deserves the championship. I guess I just wanted to see him pull his hair piece off. All in all, congratulations Kansas Jayhawks the NCAA CHAMPIONS of 2008!
